The staff went above and beyond, upgrading us to a spacious villa for my birthday. They provided bikes and snorkelling gear, making our trip easier. The villa itself was fascinating, with a private chill area and a pool. The staff were outstanding, even messaging us before our trip. Communication was easy via WhatsApp. The breakfast had a wide variety and the toilets were great. It was a peaceful location away from the main streets and the nearby Junction bar and grill is worth trying.

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. They assisted with transportation arrangements and even highlighted places to eat and drink on a map. The room exceeded expectations with its spacious layout and comfortable amenities. The large lounging and pool area was a major plus. the free WiFi device and complimentary bikes provided added convenience and enjoyment during our stay.

The location was a bit far from the main town and swimming beach, requiring either a bike ride or walk to reach. The beach nearby was also rocky at low tide, limiting its usability.

I recently had a wonderful four-day stay at a unique villa called Gili Treehouse. The staff, particularly Laura and her team, made us feel like we were staying with friends. The personal breakfasts served in the villas were a treat and added to the relaxing environment. The location of the villa is ideal for enjoying sunsets and is close enough to the vibrant bars, beaches, and restaurants of the central area. Living in a designer treehouse was truly amazing, with its own private swimming pool and mini bar. The staff, especially Ahmad, were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with a map of the island and helped us with any special requests, even calling a doctor and arranging horse and carts for us. The bikes provided throughout our stay were a great way to explore the island, and Ahmad even promptly resolved an issue with a bike lock by providing us with new bikes. the service was outstanding, and I highly recommend Gili Treehouse for a comfortable and memorable experience.

The staff at this place was absolutely amazing! They made our stay extra special and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. They were friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed them. The breakfast they delivered to our villa every morning was delicious and plentiful. We also loved the fact that they provided us with our own personal WiFi mini box, so we could stay connected throughout the island. Plus, the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by palm trees.

One thing we didn't particularly like was that the room and bathroom were a bit dark at night. It added a rustic touch, but it could be a problem for some people who prefer brighter lighting.
